CHURCHILL MEDIA II, LLC WHICH IS PROGRAMMING STATION KLES(FM), MABTON, WA; STATION KMNA(AM)AND KZXR(AM), PROSSER, WA PURSUANT TO A PROGRAMMING AGREEMENT WITH MB PROSSER LICENSEE, LLC. CHURCHILL MEDIA II, LLC ALSO HAS AN OPTION TO PURCHASE THESE THREE STATIONS.
