Exhibit 34
Description:
EXHIBIT 34

ON JANUARY 11, 2007, EAGLE COMMUNICATIONS, INC. ('EAGLE'), LICENSEE OF BROADCAST STATION KFEQ(AM), ST. JOSEPH, MISSOURI, NOTIFIED THE COMMISSION THAT, DUE TO A TECHNICAL PROBLEM, THE STATION WAS OPERATING WITH REDUCED DAYTIME POWER IN ORDER TO REMAIN WITHIN TOLERANCE. EAGLE SUBSEQUENTLY REQUESTED SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY ('STA') TO CONTINUE OPERATING THE STATION AT REDUCED POWER PENDING REPAIRS TO THE STATION'S FACILITIES. THE COMMISSION GRANTED THAT REQUEST. SEE FCC FILE NO. BSTA-20070129ATJ.

EAGLE WORKED DILIGENTLY TO RESTORE NORMAL OPERATIONS. IN PARTICULAR, EAGLE REPLACED A RELAY AT ONE OF KFEQ(AM)'S TOWERS AND HAS UNDERTAKEN REPAIRS TO THE STATION'S PHASER. MORE WORK ON THE PHASER WAS REQUIRED, HOWEVER. ACCORDINGLY, ON MAY 16, 2007, EAGLE REQUESTED AN EXTENSION OF STA TO OPERATE THE STATION AT REDUCED POWER WHILE EAGLE WORKED TO REPAIR THE STATION'S FACILITIES. THE COMMISSION GRANTED THIS EXTENSION. SEE CDBS REF. NO. -20070516AFI.

EAGLE NOW RESPECTFULLY REQUESTS A FURTHER EXTENSION OF STA. THE ONLY REMAINING TECHNICAL ISSUES CONCERN 3 VARIABLE COILS IN THE PHASER. ONE COIL HAS A BROKEN WIPER AND THE OTHER TWO HAVE A BROKEN COUPLER. EAGLE HAS MADE A NETWORK THAT ALLOWS THE STATION TO BYPASS THE PHASER AND OPERATIE NON-DIRECTIONALLY AT 1 KW. WORK ON THE 3 VARIABLE COILS IN THE PHASER WILL TAKE SEVERAL HOURS, HOWEVER. EAGLE WILL REQUIRE THE LONG DAYTIME HOURS OF SUMMER IN ORDER TO ALLOW MAXIMUM TIME TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE PHASER BEFORE THE NIGHTTIME PATTERN MUST TO BE USED. THE LICENSEE WILL UNDERTAKE THE NECESSARY REPAIRS AS SOON AS IS PRACTICABLE.
