Section 1.1306 (i.e., The facility will not have a significant environmental impact and complies with the maximum permissible radiofrequency electromagnetic exposure limits for controlled and uncontrolled environments). NO CHANGE IN ANTENNA SYSTEM IS PROPOSED. TO PROTECT FROM POTENTIAL HARMFUL RADIATION A SECURITY FENCE HAS BEEN INSTALLED WITH A MINIMUM DISTANCE FROM THE ANTENNA OF 5 METERS. WARNING SIGNS HAVE BEEN POSTED TO WARN CASUAL VISITORS OF THE POTENTIAL OF HARMFUL RF RADIATION.

APPLICATION FOR STA POWER INCREASE

WE HAVE ATTACHED A STATEMENT SHOWING THE NEED FOR ADDITIONAL POWER IN ORDER TO OVERCOME INTERFERENCE RECIEVED FROM THREE INTERNATIONAL STATIONS.
WE HAVE ATTACHED AN ALLOCATION STUDY SHOWING THE CO-CHANNEL, FIRST ADJ. CHANNEL AND 2ND & 3RD ADJ. CHANNELS FOR THE WFAB LICENSED 890 KHZ. WE USED FIELD MEASUREMENTS TO SHOW THAT NO DOMESTIC INTERFERENCE WOULD BE CAUSED BY THIS PROPOSAL. THOSE MEASUREMENTS ARE SHOWN IN EXHIBIT #2 (1ST ADJ. CHANNEL) AND EXHIBIT #3 (2ND & 3RD ADJ. CHANNELS). WE DID NOT UTILIZE THE FIELD MEASUREMENT DATA IN EXHIBIT #1 SINCE THERE ARE NO DOMESTIC CO-CHANNEL STATIONS INVOLVED. FIELD MEASUREMENT DATA IS ALSO ATTACHED.
