DUE TO AN ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR THIS EXTENSION HAS BEEN FILED 2/10/12 FOR AN STA EXTENSION WHICH EXPIRED 2/8/12

DURING THE MOST RECENT STA EXTENSION WE HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO MAKE PROGRESS DUE TO THE UNAVAILABILITY OF QUALIFIED ENGINEERING PERSONNEL, WHICH HAVE BEEN FULLY OCCUPIED AT OTHER STATON ARRAY EMERGENCIES.

WE REQUEST EXTENSION OF THE EXISTING STA TO ALLOW SCHEDULING OF THESE ENGINEERS TO COMPLETE TUNE-UP AND FIELD READINGS.

THE ANTENNA MONITOR FOR WODT HAS BEEN DESTROYED, AND OTHER ELEMENTS IN THE ANTENNA SAMPLE SYSTEM WERE ALSO DAMAGED. AUTHORITY IS REQUESTED O OPERATE THE FACILITY WITH PARAMETERS AT VARIANCE WHILE MAINTAINING MONITOR POINTS WITHIN LICENSED VALUES.

THIS TIME WILL BE UTILIZED TO INVESTIGATE THE EXTENT OF DAMAGE, REPAIR THE SYSTEM, AND PRODUCED ANY NECESSARY PATTERN MEASUREMENTS.
