ENTERCOM LICENSE, LLC, LICENSEE OF WVEI(AM), WORCESTER, MA, FACILITY ID NO. 74466 (STATION) REQUESTS AN STA TO OPERATE STATION AT VARIANCE BECAUSE STATION IS READY TO COMMENCE DIRECTIONAL ANTENNA PERFORMANCE VERIFICATION OF ITS DIRECTIONAL ANTENNA SYSTEM USING THE COMPUTER MODELING AND SAMPLING SYSTEM VERIFICATION PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN SECTION 73.151 OF THE RULES. OPERATION WITH PARAMETERS AT VARIANCE WILL BE NECESSARY WHILE THE PROOF PROCESS IS UNDERWAY. THE ANTENNA SYSTEM IS BELIEVED TO BE IN GOOD PHYSICAL AND ELECTRICAL CONDITION AND NO UNDUE DELAYS ARE ANTICIPATED IN COMPLETING THE LICENSING PROCESS.

THE PROOF PROCESS HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND AN APPLICATION FOR LICENSE FILED, BMML-20140407ACS.
