STA FACILITIES

THE KGIR AM TOWER WAS DAMAGED IN A TORNADO AND THE TOP 60' OF TOWER IS GONE. THE STATION HAS BEEN ABLE TO READJUST THE ANTENNA MATCHING UNIT TO ACCOMMODATE THE REDUCED TOWER HEIGHT AND IS OPERATING AT THE LICENSED DAY AND NIGHT POWER LEVELS.

THE LICENSEE MAY WAIT UNTIL SPRING WHEN WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE MORE FAVORABLE BEFORE REPLACING THE TOWER. FURTHER A SLIGHT REDUCTION IN TOWER HEIGHT MAY BE FILED FOR IN ORDER THAT MARKING AND LIGHTING REQUIREMENTS CAN BE ELIMINATED.

NO CHANGE IN SITE IS PROPOSED.

EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES

THE KGIR AM TOWER WAS DAMAGED IN A TORNADO AND THE TOP 60' OF TOWER WAS LOST NECESSITATING THE FIRST STA.

IN THE INTERIM THE TOWER HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A TOWER 5 SHORTER THAN THE LICENSED TOWER AND AN APPLICATION FOR CP IS PENDING. THE LICENSEE PLANS TO FILE A 302-AM APPLICATION ONCE A CP IS GRANTED.

THE SECOND PARAGRAPH OF EXHIBIT 13 IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:

THE APPLICANT PLANS TO REPLACE THE TOWER AFTER THE COMMISSION GRANTS THE PENDING APPLICATION TO MODIFY THE FACILITIES OF KGIR (FCC FILE NO. BP-20140226AAO) WHICH REQUESTS, INTER ALIA, A SLIGHT REDUCTION IN TOWER HEIGHT IN ORDER THAT MARKING AND LIGHTING REQUIREMENTS CAN BE ELIMINATED.
