Exhibit 34
Description:
EXHIBIT 34

AS PREVIOUSLY REPORTED TO THE COMMISSION, THE STATION IS OPERATING AT VARIANCE FROM ITS LICENSED PARAMETERS DUE TO TOWER STRUCTURAL WORK THAT IS OCCURRING ON AND NEAR THE STATION'S TOWERS. THE LICENSEE HAS BEEN ABLE TO RESTORE THE NIGHTTIME PATTERN TO CONFORM WITH THE STATION'S LICENSED PARAMETERS. HOWEVER, IT IS STILL HAVING DIFFICULTY ADJUSTING THE DAYTIME PATTERN.

THE LICENSEE SEEKS AN ADDITIONAL THREE MONTHS SO THAT IT MAY MAKE FURTHER ADJUSTMENTS TO THE DAYTIME PATTERN, AND SUBMIT THE FCC FORM 302-AM APPLICATION THAT WAS REQUESTED IN THE CURRENT STA AUTHORITY, GRANTED ON MAY 20, 2014.

THE LICENSEE HAS BEEN WORKING DILIGENTLY TO RETURN THE STATION TO FULL LICENSED PARAMETERS, AND THE ADDITIONAL TIME WILL PERMIT IT TO COMPLETE THESE EFFORTS.
