PURPOSE OF FILING AND DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED FACILITIES

THE OLDEST RETRIEVABLE DOCUMENT IN THE FCC FILES FOR THE KOKA TRANSMISSION FACILITY IS LICENSE BR-2728 A COPY OF WHICH IS ATTACHED. THIS DOCUMENT SHOWS GEOGRAPHIC COORDINATES WHICH ARE IDENTICAL TO THOSE FOUND IN CDBS TODAY.

THE CLIENT HAS BECOME AWARE THAT THE COORDINATES ON THE FCC LICENSE DO NOT MATCH THE COORDINATES FOR THE ACTUAL TOWER, FCC TOWER REGISTRATION #1054731.

THE ACTUAL TOWER IS LOCATED 1.3 KILOMETERS FROM THE LICENSED COORDINATES. THE ERROR IN LICENSE COORDINATES APPEARS TO BE A LONGSTANDING ONE AS THE TOWER REGISTRATION SHOWS THE TOWER CONSTRUCTED DATE OF 01/01/1950.

THIS APPLICATION SPECIFIES:

THE COORDINATES AND TOWER HEIGHT FROM FCC TOWER REGISTRATION 1054731. THE GROUND ELEVATION AND COORDINATES HAVE BEEN CHECKED IN GOOGLE EARTH PROFESSIONAL AND ARE IN FULL AGREEMENT.

THE TOWER ELECTRICAL HEIGHT AND GROUND SYSTEM DATA MATCH THE LICENSE AND THE LICENSE DATA CONTINUES TO BE USED AS WELL AS THE GROUND SYSTEM DESCRIPTION.

THE ANTENNA RADIATION SYSTEM EFFICIENCY HAS BEEN ADJUSTED SLIGHTLY TO AGREE WITH THE RESULT FORM FCC FIGURE 8, FCC POP-UP TOOL RESULTS.

NO CHANGE IN POWER LEVELS OR OPERATING MODES OR HOURS ARE PROPOSED.
