Description:
EXHIBIT 34, REASON FOR EXTENSION

PROGRESS SINCE LAST EXTENSION WAS GRANTED:

1. BASE IMPEDANCES WERE MEASURED LAST FALL.
2. A TOWER INSPECTION SHOWED THAT THE TOWER SECTION FLANGES WERE NOT WELDED. IMMEDIATELY UPON FINDING THIS WE CONTRACTED VTS TO WELD ALL FLANGES ON ALL 4 TOWERS. WINTER WEATHER SET IN AND WE COULD NOT DO THE WELDING UNTIL THIS SPRING. ALL WELDING IS NOW COMPLETED.

WORK TO BE DONE:

1. RE-MEASURE THE TOWER IMPEDANCES AFTER THE WELDING. THIS WILL BE DONE NEXT WEEK.
2. NEW SAMPLE LINES HAVE BEEN PURCHASED AND ARE ON-SITE AND WILL BE INSTALLED STARTING   NEXT WEEK. THIS IS BEING DONE BY KURT GORMAN AND PHASETEK.
3. REMOVE EXISTING SAMPLE LOOPS AND LINES FROM TOWERS.
4. FINALIZE ARRAY ADJUSTMENTS AND COMPLETE MOM PROOF.
5. FILE 302 LICENSE APPLICATION.

WJZ CONTINUES TO MAKE PROGRESS IN COMPLETING THIS PROJECT AND IS REQUESTING A 6 MONTHS EXTENSION OF THE STA.
