RADIO DISNEY GROUP, LLC IS SCHEDULED TO CLOSE THE ASSIGNMENT OF LICENSE OF WWMK(AM) TO ST. PETER THE ROCK MEDIA (FCC FILE NO. BAL-20150109AAU) ON MONDAY, MAY 5, 2015. THE STATION WAS TAKEN SILENT ON APRIL 24, 2015 TO PREPARE FOR THE CLOSING. WE REQUEST TO KEEP THE STATION SILENT UNTIL AFTER THE CLOSING WHEN THE NEW OWNERS, ST. PETER THE ROCK MEDIA, WILL NOTIFY THE COMMISSION WHEN THEY HAVE RETURNED THE STATION TO THE AIR.
