Exhibit 34
Description:
CIRCUMSTANCES NECESSITATING STA

AS PREVIOUSLY REPORTED TO THE FCC, THE STATION IS OPERATING AT REDUCED POWER AS THE RESULT OF ONE OF THE STATION'S THREE TOWERS COLLAPSING AFTER A GUY WIRE WAS ACCIDENTALLY CUT BY A NON-TOWNSQUARE EMPLOYEE WHO WAS CUTTING GRASS NEAR THE STATION. THE LICENSEE IS IN THE PROCESS OF PREPARING A METHOD OF MOMENTS LICENSE APPLICATION. HOWEVER, DUE TO BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS, THE STATION'S ENGINEERING STAFF HAS BEEN UNABLE TO OBTAIN THE REQUIREED MEASUREMENTS TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION. THEREFORE, AN ADDITIONAL SIX MONTHS IS REQUESTED TO PERMIT THE LICENSEE TO PREPARE AND SUBMIT THE LICENSE APPLICATION.
