Exhibit 33
Description:
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

THE PROPOSED SITE IS A TRAILER PARK AND THE THE LOW POWER SHOULD NOT RESULT IN ANY INTERFERENCE OR EMR ISSUES AS IT IS SIMILAR TO THE ROOFTOP-MOUNTED ANTENNA CONFIGURATION USED AT THE PREVIOUS TEMPORARY SITE. FURTHERMORE, KSDT WILL REDUCE ITS POWER UPON ANY REPORTED INTERFERENCE TO MINIMIZE ANY POTENTIAL EMR ISSUES.

Attachment 33

Exhibit 34
Description:
PURPOSE OF STA

KSDT REQUESTS THAT THE PREVIOUSLY-GRANTED ENGINEERING SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY FOR 50 WATTS USING A FIBERGLASS WHIP ANTENNA (RADIO SYSTEMS AT-123) BE RENEWED AT A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT SITE. THIS IS THE SAME ANTENNA USED IN THE PAST, HOWEVER CDBS NOW REQUIRES THAT DATA BE ENTERED REGARDING THE ANTENNA CHARACTERISTICS. THE INFORMATION REQUESTED IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS ANTENNA AS IT IS PRIMARILY DESIGNED FOR TIS APPLICATIONS BUT CDBS WILL NOT ACCEPT THE REQUEST WITHOUT ENTRIES, SO ESTIMATED VALUES WERE USED.

KSDT IS AWAITING FINAL DISPOSITION OF ITS APPLICATION TO CHANGE SITES, ANTENNA SYSTEM AND COMMUNITY OF LICENSE BUT MUST RETURN TO THE AIR NO LATER THAN JUNE 4, 2014 IN ORDER TO PRESERVE THE LICENSE. THIS STA REQUEST ALLOWS KSDT TO RESUME LIMITED SERVICE. THE BACKGROUND FOR THE SERIES OF STAS DUE TO LOSS OF THE ORIGINAL SITE IS WELL KNOWN TO THE COMMISSION STAFF. KSDT LOOKS FORWARD TO GRANT AND CONSTRUCTING ITS NEW FACILITY AND RESUMING FULL SERVICE SOON.
