REASON FOR STA REQUEST

JULY 2016 UPDATE:

THIS FILING REQUESTS EXTENSION OF THE PRESENT STA OPERATION FOR SIX MONTHS. APPLICANT HAS NOT RECEIVED INTERFERENCE COMPLAINTS FROM STA OPERATION.

PROGRESS REPORT:

TOWER BASE INSULATOR REPLACEMENT IS COMPLETE.
CHIEF ENGINEER REPORTS DIRECTIONAL ANTENNA PARAMETERS ARE WITHIN TOLERANCE, EXCEPT FOR ONE PARAMETER THAT REMAINS OUT OF TOLERANCE.
MORE TIME IS NECESSARY TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE AND RESOLVE THE DISCREPANCY.
