Exhibit 34
Description:
REDUCED POWER OPERATION

THE CURRENT STA EXPIRES MARCH 28, 2018.

WCSJ 1550 KHZ MORRIS ILLINOIS IS LICENSED TO OPERATE AT 250 WATTS DAY, NONDIRECTIONAL. STA IS REQUIRED DUE TO TRANSMITTER COMPONENT FAILURES.

DURING THE MOST RECENT STA PERIOD, THE STATION TRANSMITTER WAS REMOVED FROM THE TRANSMITTER SITE AND RECONDITIONED.    THE TRANSMITTER IS NOW READY TO BE RETURNED TO THE TRANSMITTER SITE AND REINSTALLED FOR NORMAL USE.

WHILE THE TRANSMITTER BUILDING ITSELF IS NOT FLOODED, ROAD ACCESS TO THE TRANSMITTER BUILDING IS CURRENTLY FLOODED UNDER GREATER THAN 5 INCHES OF WATER WHICH IS HINDERING SAFE SITE ACCESS BY A HEAVY TRUCK WITH HEAVY CARGO, SUCH AS A RADIO TRANSMITTER.

THE FLOODING IS THE RESULT OF A SEASONAL WATER-RELEASE FROM A NEARBY DAM.      BARRING FURTHER WATER RELEASE, SIGNIFICANT SEASONAL SPRING RAINS OR OTHER DEVELOPMENTS BEYOND THE STATION'S CONTROL, IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT THE TRANSMITTER SITE SHOULD BE SAFELY ACCESSIBLE BY TRUCK, THE TRANSMITTER REINSTALLED AND THE STATION RETURNED TO LICENSED OPERATION WITHIN THE NEXT 30-60 DAYS.

IN THE INTERIM, WCSJ IS OPERATING FROM ITS LICENSED TRANSMITTER SITE WITH A STANDBY TRANSMITTER AT POWER REDUCED TO 60 WATTS DAYTIME.

WE REQUEST A 120-DAY STA TO OPERATE AND SERVE THE PUBLIC WITH IMPORTANT NEWS, INFORMATION AND ENTERTAINMENT AT REDUCED POWER PENDING RESUMING OPERATION AT LICENSED POWER.
