NARRATIVE

RADIO STATION WROA CONTINUES TO OPERATE AT REDUCED POWER AT 1KW DUE TO STORM DAMAGE. THE LICENSEE IS IN THE PROCESS OF RELOCATING TO A NEW TOWER SITE PURSUANT TO BP-20170428AAU. COMPLETION ON THAT SITE MOVE IS EXPECTED IN THE NEXT 30 TO 60 DAYS. OUT OF AN ABUNDANCE OF CAUTION THE LICENSEE REQUESTS AN ADDITIONAL 90 DAYS IN WHICH TO OPERATE AT VARIANCE.
