Unless the applicant can determine compliance through the use of the RF worksheets in Appendix A, an Exhibit is required.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS APPLICATION IS TO EXTEND THE STA IN FILE BSTA 20200326AAA FOR 90 DAYS ALLOWING THE APPLICANT TO FILE A NEW 301 WITH THE NEW TRANSMITTER FACILITIES AND LOCATION. THE NEW FACILITIES
ARE NEARLY COMPLETE AND THE STATION IS CURRENTLY OPERATING WITH REDUCED POWER. IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT THE 301 APPLICATION SHOULD BE FILED WITHIN 90 DAYS. THE STATION WAS OFF THE AIR FOR A PERIOD WHEN THE TOWER LEASE WAS NOT RENEWED AND THE TOWER REMOVED. THE STATION
OPERATED ON AN STA WITH A LONG WIRE AND REDUCED POWER PENDING THE
REPLACEMENT OF THE TOWER. THE TOWER REPLACEMENT IS NEARING COMPLETION AND SHOULD BE BACK UP TO FULL POWER SHORTLY UPON FCC APPROVAL OF THE 301.IN THE MEANTIME IT IS REQUESTED THAT THE STA BE EXTENDED FOR 90 DAYS ALLOWING TO TOTAL COMPLETION.
