Description:
EXHIBIT 34

AS PREVIOUSLY EXPLAINED TO THE COMMISSION, ON MARCH 17, 2020, A MASSIVE EARTHQUAKE HIT THE SALT LAKE CITY, UT AREA.

ONE OF THE STATION'S TOWERS, WHICH IS UTILIZED FOR THE STATION'S CRITICAL HOURS AND NIGHTTIME PATTERNS, COLLAPSED DURING THAT EARTHQUAKE. SINCE THAT TIME, THE STATION HAS BEEN ABLE TO STAY ON THE AIR DURING THOSE PERIODS, BUT, AS INDICATED IN THE INITIAL REQUEST FOR STA (FILE NO. BSTA-20200320AAD), AT REDUCED POWER AND WITH PARAMETERS AT VARIANCE. THE STATION'S DAYTIME PATTERN HAS REMAINED UNAFFECTED.

THE LICENSEE HAS BEEN IN REGULAR CONTACT WITH THE OWNER OF THE COLLAPSED TOWER. THE TOWER OWNER HAS REPORTED TO THE LICENSEE THAT THE TOWER WILL BE REPLACED, BUT IT HAS NOT YET COMPLETED THE NECESSARY WORK. THE TOWER OWNER (AND THE LICENSEE) REMAIN HOPEFUL THAT THIS WORK WILL BE COMPLETED IN THE NEAR TERM.

IN THE MEANTIME, A GRANT OF EXTENSION OF STA WOULD BE IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST BECAUSE IT WOULD ALLOW THE STATION TO REMAIN ON THE AIR AT ALL TIMES, BROADCASTING EMERGENCY AND OTHER INFORMATION TO LISTENERS IN TOOELE, UT AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, UNTIL NORMAL OPERATIONS CAN BE RESTORED. THE LICENSEE WILL ADVISE THE COMMISSION WHEN THE STATION IS ABLE TO RESUME OPERATING PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF ITS LICENSE.
