Exhibit 34
Description:
CIRCUMSTANCES

THE APPLICANT HAS LOST ACCESS TO THE LICENSED SITE AND KCEG RESUMED BROADCASTING BEFORE THE 365 DAY LIMIT FROM THE CONSTRUCTION PERMIT SITE. THE TOWER SITE OWNER'S PREFERRED TOWER CREW HAS NOT HAD TIME TO CONSTRUCT THE NEEDED DROP WIRE SYSTEM AND DON JONES OF MEDICINE BOW TOWER WAS BROUGHT IN TO MOVE THE PROJECT FORWARD. WHEN HE VISITED THE SITE HE FOUND THAT MOST OF THE GROUND WAS FAR TOO SOFT AND MUDDY TO BRING HEAVY EQUIPMENT IN WITHOUT GETTING STUCK. A NEW LAYOUT ON THE SITE WAS DEVISED AND WORK ON THE NEEDED DROP WIRE WILL BE PRACTICAL AND CAN MOVE FORWARD SHORTLY. AN EXTENSION OF THE STA IS REQUESTED FOR AN ADDITIONAL 180 DAYS.
