Exhibit 34
Description:
EXHIBIT 34

AS PREVIOUSLY EXPLAINED TO THE COMMISSION, ON JULY 1, 2019, WXRQ LOST ACCESS TO ITS LONG-TIME RENTED TRANSMITTER SITE FOLLOWING THE DEATH OF THE PROPERTY OWNER.

THE STATION HAS BEEN OPERATING TEMPORARILY USING A 'LONG WIRE' ANTENNA, AS SET FORTH IN THE ENGINEERING REPORT INCLUDED WITH FILE NO. BSTA-20200326AAA. THE STATION INTENDS TO OPERATE ON THIS TEMPORARY BASIS UNTIL A NEW TOWER CAN BE ERECTED.

THE LICENSEE IS IN THE PROCESS OF NEGOTIATING WITH THE OWNER OF A NEARBY LOCATION THAT WOULD ALLOW A NEW TOWER (LIKELY UNDER 200 FEET AGL) TO BE CONSTRUCTED. ALTHOUGH NO AGREEMENT HAS YET BEEN REACHED, THE PARTIES EXPECT TO REACH SUCH AGREEMENT IN THE NEAR TERM. UPON REACHING SUCH AGREEMENT, THE LICENSEE WOULD HAVE TO OBTAIN APPROVAL FROM THE COUNTY BEFORE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW TOWER COULD COMMENCE. THE LICENSEE WILL KEEP THE COMMISSION POSTED AS TO ITS PROGRESS IN OBTAINING ALL OF THE REQUIRED APPROVALS.

IN THE MEANTIME, GRANT OF THIS STA IS IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST, AS IT WILL ALLOW LISTENERS IN MT. PLEASANT TN AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS TO CONTINUE ENJOYING THE PROGRAMMING BEING PROVIDED BY THE STATION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.
