PRESENT EMPLOYEES ARE ENCOURAGED TO REFER MINORITY AND FEMALE APPLICATIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT.

FIRST COMMONWEALTH CABLEVISION, LTD OPERATES IN RURAL COMMUNITY OUTSIDE MAJOR MARKETS. CONSEQUENTLY, WE RELY HEAVILY ON THE NCTC(NATIONAL CABLE TELEVSION COOPERATIVE) FOR VENDORS OF THE INDUSTRY SPECIFIC PRODUCTS. THE NCTC PRE-QUALIFIES VENDORS THAT ADHERE TO REGULATIONS AFFECTING OUR INDUSTRY.
OUR FINDINGS HAVE BEEN THAT WE HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED PROBLEMS IN OUR DEALINGS WITH NCTC APPROVED VENDORS OR ANY OF THE VENDORS IN OUR LOCAL SERVICE AREA.
