RESPONE TO QUESTION #5

PERIODICALLY THE PRESIDENT ALONG WITH OTHER CORPORATE OFFICERS OD THE EMPLOYMENT UNIT REVIEWS OUR LIST OF VENDORS TO INSURE THAT THEY HAVE NOT REPORTED ANY VIOLATIONS AND CONTINUE WITH THEIR ON-GOING COMPLIANCE WITH REGARD TO NONDISCRIMNATORY BEHAVIOR WITHIN THEIR ORGANIZATION. FIRST COMMONWEALTH CABLEVISION, LTD OPERATES IN RURAL COMMUNITY OUTSIDE MAJOR MARKETS. CONSEQUENTLY, WE RELY HEAVILY ON THE NCTC(NATIONAL CABLE TELEVSION COOPERATIVE) FOR VENDORS OF THE INDUSTRY SPECIFIC PRODUCTS. THE NCTC PRE-QUALIFIES VENDORS THAT ADHERE TO REGULATIONS AFFECTING OUR INDUSTRY.
OUR FINDINGS HAVE BEEN THAT WE HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED PROBLEMS IN OUR DEALINGS WITH NCTC APPROVED VENDORS OR ANY OF THE VENDORS IN OUR LOCAL SERVICE AREA.
