HOWEVER, SHOULD THE COMMISSION CONCLUDE THAT THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN SCHEDULE 4.7 IS NECESSARY FOR CONSIDERATION OF THE INSTANT APPLICATION, IT WILL BE PROMPTLY PROVIDED.

EXHIBIT A. THIS EXHIBIT IS THE ESCROW AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES. MS. STOLZ HAS REPEATED THESE ALLEGATIONS IN PETITIONS TO DENY EACH OF THE RENEWAL APPLICATIONS OF THE STATIONS LICENSED TO ENTERCOM SACRAMENTO LICENSE, LLC.
