CONTOUR PROTECTION UNDER 73.215 IS TO BE CONSIDERED TOWARDS WGRF. THE CONTOUR OVERLAP STUDY DEMONSTRATES THAT NO OVERLAP WILL OCCUR TOWARDS WGRF. AS SEEN IN THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT, NO OVERLAP OF TRANSMITTED OR RECEIVED CONTOURS WILL OCCUR AS A RESULT OF A GRANT OF THIS PROPOSED FACILITY. IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT THIS PROPOSAL IS 104.96 KM FROM THE LICENSED WGRF SITE. THIS IS GREATER THAN OR EQUAL TO THE REQUIRED 96 KM SET FORTH IN THE TABLE IN 73.215(E).
