REASON(S) FOR REQUEST TO OPERATE FROM TEMPORARY LOCATION.

ON OR AROUND JANUARY 29TH, 2010, THE ANTENNA TOWER WITH ASR# 1011803 COLLAPSED IN AN ICE STORM. EFFORTS TO RECONSTRUCT THE TOWER ARE ON-GOING. A GRANT OF AN EXTENSION OF THE EXISTING STA (BSTA-20100208ABZ) WILL MEET THE PUBLIC INTEREST BY ALLOW THE LICENSEE TO CONTINUE TO PROVIDE SERVICE TO THE STATIONS'S LISTENERS WHILE RECONSTRUCTION CONTINUES.
