Unless the applicant can determine compliance through the use of the RF worksheets in Appendix A, an Exhibit is required.

Description:
CIRCUMSTANCES

STATION WSGS(FM) SUFFERED LIGHTNING DAMAGE TO THE ANTENNA DURING AN ELECTRICAL STORM ON AUGUST 7, 2009. THIS CAUSED THE ANTENNA SYSTEM TO BE ELECTRICALLY COMPROMISED.THE TRANSMITTER IS INCAPABLE OF MAKING AUHTORIZED POWER AND IS OPERATING AT APPROXIMATELY 10% OF AUTHORIZED ERP. THE LICENSEE IS IN THE FINAL STAGES OF RELOCATING THE TRANSMITTER/ANTENNA OF WSGS TO THE NEW SITE AUTHORIZED BY THE FCC ON 12/15/2008(BPH-20081022ABT). THE TOWER WORK IS BEING COMPLETED AND ALL EQUIPMENT IS ON SITE. WSGS WILL CONTINUE TO OPERATE WITH REDUCED ERP UNTIL IT BEGINS TRANSMITTING FROM THE NEW SITE, WITHIN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS.
