Exhibit 23
Description:
EXHIBIT 23

THIS REQUEST IS FOR AN EXTENSION OF THE CURRENT STA. THE ORIGINAL STA REQUEST DEMONSTRATED THAT THE TEMPORARY FACILITIES WOULD NOT HAVE A SUBSTANTIAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT.

Attachment 23

Exhibit 24
Description:
EXHIBIT 24

CRCI RESPECTFULLY REQUESTS AN EXTENSION OF THE CURRENT SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY. ALTHOUGH THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE TOWER AT THE MAIN SITE IS PROGRESSING WELL, CONSTRUCTION HAS NOT YET BEEN COMPLETED. IT WAS ORIGINALLY EXPECTED THAT CONSTRUCTION WOULD BE COMPLETE BY THE EXPIRATION DATE OF THE ORIGINAL STA, HOWEVER, EXCESSIVE RAIN IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS DURING THE SPRINGTIME DELAYED THE TOWER FOUNDATION WORK, ULTIMATELY DELAYING THE PROJECT. AT THIS TIME IT IS EXPECTED THAT CONSTRUCTION WILL BE COMPLETE WITHIN 90 DAYS, AT WHICH TIME WPMJ WILL RESUME OPERATION WITHIN ITS LICENSED FACILITIES.
