Exhibit 24
Description:
REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF STA

THE APPLICANT SEEKS SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY ('STA') TO CONTINUE OPERATING THE STATION WITH REDUCED POWER.

AS THE COMMISSION IS AWARE, THE APPLICANT PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED AND RECEIVED STA TO OPERATE THE STATION WITH REDUCED POWER. SEE FCC FILE NO. BSTA-20110411ABD. THAT STA EXPIRED ON OCTOBER 13, 2011. DUE TO A MISUNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE APPLICANT AND ITS COUNSEL, THE APPLICANT DID NOT SEEK AN EXTENSION OF STA PRIOR TO ITS EXPIRATION. THE STATION IS OPERATING AT APPROXIMATELY 62 PERCENT OF ITS AUTHORIZED POWER. THE REDUCED POWER LEVEL IS SUFFICIENT TO ALLOW THE STATION TO CONTINUE ITS CITY-GRADE COVERAGE OF ITS COMMUNITY OF LICENSE, RANDOLPH, UTAH

THE PROCESS OF REPAIRING THE MAIN TRANSMITTER, WHICH HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT OF SERVICE AND REPLACED BY A LOWER POWER RENTAL TRANSMITTER, IS BEING UNDERTAKEN IN STAGES AT THE TRANSMITTER SITE. THE PROCESS HAS BEEN SUSPENDED DUE TO THE INACCESSIBLE TERRAIN AND UNSAFE WEATHER CONDITIONS AT THE TRANSMITTER SITE. ACCORDINGLY, THE INSTANT REQUEST SEEKS AN EXTENSION OF STA, NUNC PRO TUNC, SO THAT THE STATION MAY CONTINUE OPERATING WITH REDUCED POWER UNTIL REPAIRS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED.
