Description: SILENT STA EXTENSION REQUEST

KXCL ROCK CREEK PARK, CO, FACILITY ID 164277, SEEKS AN ADDITIONAL 90 DAYS TO REMAIN SILENT.   KXCL IS IN THE PROCESS OF RELOCATING ITS TRANSMITTER SITE.   CONSTRUCTION IS NEARLY COMPLETE AT ITS NEW SITE. IT HOPES TO RETURN TO NORMAL BROADCASTING AS FINAL CONSTRUCTION AT THE NEW SITE IS COMPLETED.
