MANSFIELD CHRISTIAN SCHOOL (MCS) RESPECTFULLY REQUESTS THE FCC TO GRANT THE REQUEST TO EXTEND THE SILENT STA (BLSTA-20121204ABG) APPLICATION FOR WSHB (FAC. ID 137442, WILLARD, OH. MCS CURRENTLY DOES NOT HAVE THE FINANCIAL STABILITY TO CONTINUE OPERATIONS OF WSHB. CURRENTLY, A 314 IS ON FILE WITH THE FCC (BALED-20130916ACO) TO CHANGE OWNERSHIP TO A NEW ASSIGNEE THAT CAN PUT IT ON THE AIR NEARLY IMMEDIATELY. ONCE THE ASSIGNMENT APPLICATION IS GRANTED THE ASSIGNEE WILL BUILD THE CURRENT CONSTRUCTION PERMIT (BPED-20131025AFP) AND RESUME OPERATIONS BEFORE THE SILENT STATUS EXPIRES.
