Description: CIRCUMSTANCES JUSTIFYING EXTENSION OF STA

THE LICENSEE HOLDS SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY('STA') (FILE NO. BLSTA-20140821ACF) THAT EXPIRES FEBRUARY 25, 2015. THE LICENSEE REQUESTS AN EXTENSION OF THE STA DUE TO ADVERSE WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS AT THE SITE PROHIBITING ACCESS TO COMPLETE THE NECESSARY REPAIRS AND RETURN KNDN-FM TO OPERATION. AS A RESULT, THE INABILITY TO RESUME OPERATIONS IS OUTSIDE THE CONTROL OF THE LICENSEE. THE LICENSEE INTENDS TO RESTORE FULL OPERATION BY JUNE 30, 2015.
