Description:
EXHIBIT 24

CANYON MEDIA CORPORATION ('CANYON MEDIA') HEREBY REQUESTS SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY TO CONTINUE TO OPERATE KONY AT REDUCED POWER. KONY HAS CONTINUED TO EXPERIENCE ISSUES WITH ITS ANTENNA AND IS CURRENTLY OPERATING AT 70% OF ITS AUTHORIZED POWER. CANYON MEDIA CONTINUES TO EXPLORE SEVERAL OPTIONS IN AN EFFORT TO BRING KONY BACK TO FULL POWER OPERATIONS, INCLUDING POTENTIALLY MOVING TO A NEW SITE, BUT HAS NOT YET IDENTIFIED A PERMANENT SOLUTION. UNTIL SUCH ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS CAN BE IMPLEMENTED, CANYON MEDIA REQUESTS SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY TO OPERATE KONY AT REDUCED POWER. THE GRANT OF THE STA IS IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST BECAUSE WILL ALLOW CANYON MEDIA TO CONTINUE TO PROVIDE SERVICE TO THE RESIDENTS OF ST. GEORGE, UTAH.
