THIS AMENDED FORM 383 FILING REDUCES THE PROPOSED ERP FROM 190 KW TO 107 KW, CHANGES THE CENTER-OF-RADIATION HEIGHT FROM 100.6 M AGL/1,825.4 M AMSL (THE C.O.R. HEIGHT OF THE EXISTING KCET(TV) CHANNEL 28 NTSC ANTENNA) TO 87 M AGL/1,812 M AMSL (THE C.O.R. HEIGHT OF THE EXISTING KCET-DT CHANNEL 59 DTV ANTENNA), AND CHANGES THE AZIMUTH PATTERN FROM THE AZIMUTH PATTERN CORRESPONDING TO THE ANDREW MODEL 35E4 CHANNEL 28 ANTENNA TO A REPLICATION PATTERN DERIVED FROM THE HORIZONTAL PLANE PATTERN CORRESPONDING TO THE KCET-DT DIELECTRIC MODEL TFU-10DSC-R C170 TRANSMITTING ANTENNA. SEE THE ATTACHED FIGURE 1 (THE NOW PROPOSED REPLICATION PATTERN) AND FIGURE 2 (THE MAIN BEAM AND HORIZONTAL PLANE AZIMUTH PATTERNS FOR THE LICENSED KCET-DT DIELECTRIC ANTENNA).
