SECTION V -- ANALOG SERVICE

Status of Analog Service. (Check one.) If necessary, provide an explanation or attach an Exhibit. Note: Full-power television broadcast stations must cease broadcasting in analog as of the transition date (i.e., June 12, 2009), as required by statute; see 47 U.S.C. § 309(j)(14). [Exhibit 3]

If checked, indicate relevant FCC File No., proposed date reduced service would begin, proposed power level and percentage of population that would be covered by Licensee/Permittee's proposed reduced analog service.
(5) Licensee/Permittee has filed an application with the FCC requesting approval to terminate its analog service prior to the transition date. If checked, indicate relevant FCC File No. and proposed date service will cease.


SECTION VI -- DTV TRANSITION PLAN For Licensees/Permittees that are not fully constructed or operational.

Licensee/Permittee must describe in detail its plans for ceasing analog broadcasting by the June 12, 2009 transition date and for completing construction of its post-transition facility by the deadline. For example, plan must include a detailed time line of the Licensee/Permittee's plans to complete construction and any necessary testing of the Licensee/Permittee's full, authorized post-transition facility. ADDITIONAL STEPS

WOST, MAYAGUEZ, PUERTO RICO, REQUIRES A NEW DTV TRANSMITTER AND ANTENNA FOR POST-TRANSITION DTV OPERATION. CMCG PUERTO RICO LICENSE LLC ('CMCG'), LICENSEE OF WOST, ANTICIPATES THAT THE NEW ANTENNA WILL BE ORDERED ON MARCH 1, 2008 AND WILL BE DELIVERED BY DECEMBER 31, 2008.    CMCG HAS OBTAINED A TOWER CREW TO INSTALL THE ANTENNA, WITH INSTALLATION SCHEDULED FOR FEBRUARY 13-17, 2009. CMCG EXPECTS TO ORDER THE NEW DTV TRANSMITTER FOR WOST ON OR NEAR APRIL 15, 2008 (AT THE NAB TRADE SHOW). THE DELIVERY OF THE NEW TRANSMITTER IS ESTIMATED FOR AUGUST 15, 2008. INSTALLATION OF THE TRANSMITTER IS EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETED BY SEPTEMBER 15, 2008.

WOST MUST COORDINATE ITS TRANSITION WITH TELEVICENTRO OF PUERTO RICO, LLC, LICENSEE OF WNJX-TV, MAYAGUEZ, PUERTO RICO. WNJX-TV IS CURRENTLY OPERATING ON CHANNEL 22, WOST'S POST-TRANSITION CHANNEL.

ANALOG SERVICE

CMCG ANTICIPATES THAT WOST WILL TERMINATE ITS ANALOG SERVICE PRIOR TO THE FEBRUARY 17, 2009 TRANSITION DEADLINE IN ORDER TO MAKE THE FINAL INSTALLATION OF THE WOST DTV ANTENNA FOR POST-TRANSITION OPERATION. WOST WILL PROVIDE THE COMMISSION AND THE PUBLIC WITH NOTIFICATION OF THIS TERMINATION PURSUANT TO 47 CFR 73.1615 AND/OR THE THIRD PERIODIC REVIEW OF THE COMMISSIONS RULES AND POLICIES AFFECTING THE CONVERSION TO DIGITAL TELEVISION, REPORT AND ORDER, FCC 07-228 (REL. DEC. 31, 2007), AS APPLICABLE.

WOST MUST REPLACE ITS EXISTING NTSC TRANSMITTER AND ANTENNA FOR CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE WOST POST-TRANSITION DTV FACILITY. THE EXHIBIT ATTACHED HERETO CONTAINS A LIST OF ALL EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF WOST'S POST-TRANSITION FACILITY AND A DETAILED CONSTRUCTION TIMELINE. THE DATES PROVIDED THEREIN ARE ESTIMATES BASED ON CURRENT INFORMATION AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. CMCG ANTICIPATES THAT IT WILL FILE A DTV CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATION FOR WOST'S POST-TRANSITION FACILITY BY MARCH 1, 2008, AND WILL COMMENCE CONSTRUCTION OF THE WOST DTV FACILITY AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE AFTER THE COMMISSION HAS GRANTED WOST'S DTV CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATION.
