Exhibit 10
Description:
ENGINEERING EXHIBIT

THE PROPOSED MODIFICATION TO THE DIGITAL TRANSMISSION FACILITY CONSISTS OF CHANGING THE ANTENNA AND INCREASING THE OUTPUT POWER OF THE FACILITY. THE MODIFIED DIGITAL FACILITY UTILIZES THE SAME COORDINATES, TOWER, AND ANTENNA LOCATION AS THE LICENSED FACILITY SO CONTOUR OVERLAP WITH THE LICENSED FACILITY IS GUARANTEED. AS SUCH, NO CONTOUR EXHIBIT SHOULD BE REQUIRED NOR IS IT SUPPLIED.

AN INTERFERENCE ANALYSIS FOR THE PROPOSED FACILITY HAS BEEN EXECUTED USING THE OET-69 METHODOLOGY IMPLEMENTED WITH THE FLR PROGRAM ON A SUN WORKSTATION. THE RESULTS INDICATE NO INTERFERENCE ASIDE FROM DE MINIMIS VALUES. THE INTERFERENCE ANALYSIS IS ATTACHED FOR REFERENCE.
