Exhibits
Exhibit 8
Description:
ASR

ACCORDING TO THE TOWER OWNER, THE ASR IS SHARED BETWEEN A 201.8-METER AGL TOWER AND A 131.1-METER AGL TOWER. THIS PROPOSAL IS FOR THE SHORTER TOWER.

Attachment 8

Exhibit 10
Description:
INTERFERENCE CONSIDERATIONS

FLASH-CUT OPERATION AS D25 AT 6.80 KW ERP (DA) CAUSES NO MORE THAN 0.5% 'DE MINIMIS' INCREMENTAL INTERFERENCE TO ALL OTHER STATIONS WHEN STUDIED ON AN OET-69 BASIS USING 1 KM X 1 KM CELLS AND 1 POINT PER KM TERRAIN EXTRACTION. OET-69 PROCESSING ON THAT BASIS IS REQUESTED.

Attachment 10

Exhibit 11
Description:
ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS

GRANT OF THIS APPLICATION WOULD NOT BE A MAJOR ENVIRONMENTAL ACTION. THE PROPOSED TRANSMITTING ANTENNA IS AN EXISTING ANTENNA SIDE-MOUNTED ON AN EXISTING TOWER THAT HAS BEEN REGISTERED WITH THE COMMISSION. THE TOWER OWNER STATES THAT THE ASR IS SHARED BETWEEN A 201.8-METER AGL TOWER AND A 134.1-METER AGL TOWER. THIS PROPOSAL IS FOR THE SHORTER TOWER. NONE OF THE SITUATIONS IN SECTION 1.1307 OF THE FCC RULES, DEFINING POSSIBLE MAJOR ENVIRONMENTAL ACTIONS, ARE BELIEVED TO APPLY.

THE PROPOSED OPERATION WOULD COMPLY WITH THE COMMISSION'S GUIDELINES FOR HUMAN EXPOSURE TO RADIO FREQUENCY ENERGY. THE MAXIMUM PREDICTED GROUND LEVEL POWER DENSITY FOR THE PROPOSED OPERATION, BY ITSELF, IS 1.0% OF THE 359 MICROWATT PER SQ. CM PUBLIC LIMIT APPLYING AT TV CHANNEL 25 (536-542 MHZ). SINCE THIS IS LESS THAN 5% OF THE PUBLIC LIMIT, THE APPLICANT IS CATEGORICALLY EXCLUDED BY SECTION 1.1307(B)(3) OF THE FCC RULES FROM HAVING TO CONSIDER THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF OTHER STATIONS AT OR NEAR THE SITE.
