THE ANTENNA MODEL INDICATED IN THE CONSTRUCTION PERMIT FOR THE LPTV STATION WAS INDICATED AS A DIELECTRIC TUACF. THE ACTUAL ANTENNA SUPPLIED HAS THE SAME EXACT PATTERN AS THE DIELECTRIC TUACF BUT WAS SUPPLIED BY PROPAGATION SYSTEMS INC. AND HAS MODEL PSUIP-23. THE CORRECT MODEL NUMBER IS INDICATED ON THIS APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
